Once you have successfully registered as a member, you can start to take part in the surveys with immediate effect. However, please note that quizzes are pre-requisites to marketing surveys and assignments. That means you must first complete a quiz of a similar or related topic before you are eligible to take part in a marketing survey or assignment. |

You can expect to receive an invitation to complete survey once a month; however, depending on your profile we may ask you to complete more surveys. |

In some assignments we can only accept responses from people who fit into specific categories, for example selection can be age, gender or income dependent which is based on our research objectives. When this happens, you are still earn one chance in the lucky draw. |

| | | Why will my survey answers be only kept / valid for a specific period of time?
In order to keep the data highly relevant to your current interest, we will only keep your response for a certain period of time, usually for 6 or 12 months. |

You can earn Rewards Points for every online survey completed. The Rewards Points will be valid for 36 months which means you can accumulate as many Rewards Points until you are ready to redeem them for rewards within this period of time.
However, in the event that you cancel your membership/account, all accumulated Rewards Points will be forfeited. The unused Rewards Points cannot be exchanged for cash. |
