You will only receive eDMs to inform you of MyMailMoment’s latest update and news.

As per our privacy policy, we do not share your personal information to external parties, so you can be assured that you will not receive any unsolicited marketing calls from parties not associated with MyMailMoment. Should you receive any calls from MyMailMoment, these would be from our customer service officers returning your call or calling you regarding an enquiry you have made.

No, our members do not have to pay or purchase anything in order to join and participate in our surveys. All we request of you is your time.

  I don’t live in Singapore. Do you accept members from other countries?

We regret to inform you that we only accept members who have a valid Singapore residential address and are currently living in Singapore.
   
   
  Can I have more than one MyMailMoment account?

Membership is restricted to one account per person. More than one person of the same household can register as long as the email addresses and NRIC are different.

DUPLICATE REGISTRATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE DELETED.
   
   
  Can my 15 year old child sign up as a member?

No, we only accept members who are above 17 years old at this time.

  1. Check your spam mail folder* for the email notification.
  2. Which email address did you register with? Are you using your office email or personal email? Did you get the email address correct? E.g. john@yahoo.com ? john@yahoo.com.sg
  3. In the event that you suspect your email address was entered incorrectly during registration, please contact us by using this form. We will update your account and revert via email.

  What if I have forgotten my password/user ID?

Your user ID is the email address you used to register with us. If you have forgotten your password, you can require your password sends to your registered email account, simply click homepage> forgot password and fill up your email and NRIC.

Quizzes are general surveys that can help you discover more about yourself – your priorities, desires, aspirations etc.

A quiz usually takes about 5 minutes to complete.

Marketing surveys are more market-centric surveys. The objective is to help companies understand your spending patterns and preferences better.

  What is an Assignment?

Assignments are detailed surveys on specific products/brands. Here you can give constructive feedback which will help merchants improve their products to better suit your and other consumers’ needs.

You can expect to receive an invitation to complete survey once a month; however, depending on your profile we may ask you to complete more surveys.
   
   
  What does the ‘Do Not Qualify’ message mean when I attempt a survey?
   
   
  Why will my survey answers be only kept / valid for a specific period of time?

In order to keep the data highly relevant to your current interest, we will only keep your response for a certain period of time, usually for 6 or 12 months.
   
   
  How long will you keep my survey data?

Your survey answers will be kept for not longer than one year. You will then have a chance to update us with your most current interests.
   
   
   
 5. REWARDS POINTS, LUCKY DRAW AND CHARITY DONATION
   
  What are Rewards Points and how do I earn them?

You can earn Rewards Points for every online survey completed. The Rewards Points will be valid for 36 months which means you can accumulate as many Rewards Points until you are ready to redeem them for rewards within this period of time.

However, in the event that you cancel your membership/account, all accumulated Rewards Points will be forfeited. The unused Rewards Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
   
   
  How can I redeem my Rewards Points?

We will revert soon via email. Your rewards points will be deducted within 2 working days.
   
   
  Where can I view my account balance?

Log on to the “Member Page” and you will see your Rewards Points balance and record of quizzes, surveys and/or assignments you have done on the right panel.
   
   
  Will my Rewards Points expire?

Your Reward Points will expire after 36 months.

If you choose to unsubscribe MyMailMoment, your rewards points will be deleted along with your account.
   
   
  How do I receive the complimentary soya milk drink?

You need to complete the registration, and activate your account. Once activated, the eVoucher can be downloaded and printed ONLY ONCE per registrant.
   
   
  What is Pathlight School Charity Fund?

Pathlight School Charity Fund helps raise funds for Pathlight School, an autism-focused school in Singapore that offers mainstream academic curriculum, together with life readiness skills primarily for children from six to eighteen years old with autism and related disorders. All proceeds will go towards helping each child develop to the best of his/her potential in both academic and life skills.
   
   
  How do I know my registration has already donated $0.10 to Pathlight School Charity Fund?

Singapore Post will donate $0.10 to Pathlight School Charity Fund. This is done automatically upon every successful registration.
   
   
  Can I choose to donate to another charity?

Pathlight School is MyMailMoment’s adopted charity and to avoid conflict of interests with other charities, it is best that we focus solely on our adopted charity.

  What's the Refer-a-Friend Program? How does it work?

The Refer-a-Friend Program is a way for you to earn rewards at MyMailMoment. To participate, go to the Refer-a-Friend program page. Enter your friend’s name and email address in the form, add a personal message, and then hit submit. An invitation email will automatically send to them, it’s so easy.
   
   
  Why I should participate in Refer-A-Friend program?

If your friend clicks through the invitation email and applies for the MyMailMoment membership, both of you will get a lucky draw chance after the account is activated.

  How will my friend know that I am referring them?

Your friend will receive an e-mail generated by MyMailMoment on your behalf. Prior to submitting a referral, you will be able to view a copy of the e-mail that will be sent to your friend.

Your friend can’t be a current or former mymailmoment member.
Your friend has a Singapore residential address.
