We will only contact you to inform you of MyMailMoment’s latest updates and news. As per our privacy policy, we do not share your personal information with external parties, so you can be assured that you will not receive any unsolicited marketing calls from parties not associated with MyMailMoment. Should you receive any calls from MyMailMoment, these would be from our customer service officers returning your call, or calling you regarding an enquiry you have made.

Rest assured that all the personal information provided to us in our membership registration is kept in the strictest of confidence. StratAgile does not reveal or exchange your personal information with external parties – merchants and/or business partners.

2. MEMBERSHIP

No, our members do not have to pay for membership, or to participate in our surveys. To thank you for your time and participation in our online surveys, we issue Rewards Points with every completed survey. These can be used to redeem attractive rewards.

We regret to inform you that we only accept members who have a valid Singapore residential address and are currently living in Singapore.

Membership is restricted to one account per person. More than one person in the same household can register as long as their email addresses and NRIC numbers are different.

DUPLICATE REGISTRATIONS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE DELETED.

No, we only accept members who are above 17 years old at this time.

Should you wish to unsubscribe, you can contact us by using this form. Please note that all accumulated Rewards Points will be forfeited when a member cancels his/her membership.

3. REGISTRATION

  • 1. Check your spam mail folder* for the email notification.
  • 2. Which email address did you register with? Are you using your office email or personal email? Did you get the email address correct? E.g. john@yahoo.com instead of john@yahoo.com.sg
  • 3. In the event that you suspect your email address was entered incorrectly during registration, please contact us by using this form. We will update your account and notify you via email.

* Note: Spam filter technology varies with different email clients. Please check with your email provider.

Your user ID is the email address you used to register with us. If you have forgotten your password, simply click homepage forgot password and fill up your email and NRIC. We will send your password to the email address you provided when you registered.

To change your password, login to your account, then click on “Change Password” at the left hand menu.

To change any of your main account details, login to your account, then go to “Account Settings” at the left hand menu. Please ensure that all changes are correct and click “update” before exiting the website.

If you suspect that your email or NRIC is already being used, contact us by using this form. We will check and reply you via email.

Upon submission, registrants will see a message that acknowledges the application. An email will also be sent to the registered email with instructions on how to activate the account.

4. MY SAY - SURVEYS

We reward you with Rewards Points for the time you spend answering surveys! Your opinions will help companies better understand and meet your needs as a consumer. Rest assured that your personal information will never be disclosed to anyone.

You can expect to receive an invitation to complete a survey roughly once a month. However, the number of survey invitations you may receive varies according to the personal profile that you submitted, and may not be the same as what other members receive. For best response, do keep your personal profile updated with the latest details.

In some assignments we can only accept responses from people who fit into specific categories; for example, the selection may be by age, gender or income, based on our research objectives.

In order to keep the data highly relevant to your current interest, we will only keep your response for a certain period of time, usually 6 or 12 months.

Your survey answers will be kept for not longer than one year. You will then have a chance to update us with your most current interests.

5. REWARDS POINTS AND LUCKY DRAW

You earn Rewards Points for every online survey completed. Rewards Points will be valid for 36 months which means you can accumulate as many Rewards Points until you are ready to redeem them for rewards within this period of time. However, in the event that you cancel your membership/account, all accumulated Rewards Points will be forfeited. The unused Rewards Points cannot be exchanged for cash.

To redeem Rewards Points:

  • a. Login to your account and go to the “Redeem Points” section on the left hand menu
  • b. Select the reward you would like, then click the “Redeem now” button next to it.
  • c. Fill in the redemption form and select the quantity of the item you would like
  • d. Then click “Confirm Redemption”

We will reply with an email confirmation to acknowledge the redemption. Your rewards points will be deducted within 2 working days.

Login to your account and you will see your Rewards Points balance and record of surveys you have under the “Points History” section on the left hand menu.

Your Reward Points will expire after 36 months. If you choose to unsubscribe from MyMailMoment, your rewards points will be deleted along with your account.
